Orders & Dispatch

How quickly do you dispatch orders? We dispatch all orders within 1 working day. If you place your order before 2pm (8am on Wednesdays), we'll often get it out the same day.

How will my products be protected? Sealed products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take great care with every order before it leaves us.

Do you combine postage on multiple orders? Yes — postage is combined automatically and the total will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Shipping

Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — watch this space!

What shipping options do you offer? We ship via Royal Mail. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping — postage costs on smaller orders will be calculated and shown at checkout.

What if my order is lost or damaged in transit? If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work quickly to resolve it for you.

Are your products genuine? Absolutely. All products sold at Fortuna TCG are 100% authentic. We only source from reputable suppliers.

What do you sell? Our main product range is sealed booster boxes across a variety of trading card games, stocked in English, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese.

Do you sell in multiple languages? Yes — we stock products in English, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese, so whether you're after a specific regional edition or just want to collect in your preferred language, we've got you covered.


Returns & Issues

What is your returns policy? We offer a 14-day returns window. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.

What if I receive the wrong item? We're sorry if this happens! Please contact us straight away with your order details and we'll sort it out for you as a priority.

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged item and the outer shipping box — this is required so we can raise a claim with our courier. We'll work to resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods through our secure Shopify checkout, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Is it safe to pay on your store? Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, which uses industry-standard encryption to keep your details safe.
