Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: Fortuna TCG
1. Delivery Area & Courier
UK Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Courier: Our primary shipping partner is Royal Mail. All orders are sent via a tracked service to ensure the safety of your collectibles.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50.

Calculated Shipping: For orders under £50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

3. Processing Times & Cutoffs
Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch.

Standard Processing: Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Launch Events: During major TCG set releases, please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch due to high volumes.

4. Pre-Order Shipping ("Ship-Together" Policy)
Combined Orders: If your order contains a mix of "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items, we will hold the entire order and ship it once the final pre-order item becomes available.

Partial Shipments: If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Release Dates: We aim to dispatch pre-orders to arrive on or as close to the official release date as possible, subject to distributor delivery.

5. Packaging Standards
As collectors, we know that "Mint Condition" matters.

Singles: All individual cards are shipped in a protective sleeve and top-loader (or semi-rigid holder) within a reinforced envelope.

Sealed Products: Booster boxes and larger items are shipped in sturdy outer boxes with internal padding to prevent corner damage during transit.

6. Delivery Issues
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damage in Transit: In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening and contact us at info@fortunatcg.co.uk within 48 hours.
