Registered Office: 95 Higher Lane, Lymm, WA13 0BZ, United Kingdom. 1.2 Age of Consent: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or province of residence. 1.3 VAT Status: Market Supply Hub Ltd is not currently registered for VAT. Consequently, VAT is not charged on any items sold through this store.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT CONDITION & ACCURACY (TCG SPECIFIC)

2.1 Condition & Grading: We specialize in collectible items. Descriptions of card conditions (e.g., "Near Mint") are provided as a guide based on our professional assessment. High-resolution images form the primary part of the product description. 2.2 Technical Variations: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 2.3 Product Changes: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, PRE-ORDERS & ALLOCATIONS

3.1 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 3.2 Pre-Orders: Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors. We are not liable for delays caused by external supply chains. 3.3 Allocations: In the event that we receive less stock than originally allocated by our distributors, we reserve the right to fulfill orders on a chronological basis (first-come, first-served) and cancel/refund any orders that cannot be fulfilled. 3.4 Personal Use: You agree that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES & MARKET VOLATILITY

4.1 Price Adjustments: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to the volatile nature of the TCG market. 4.2 Obvious Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or system glitches, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Fortuna TCG are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 5.2 Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

SECTION 6 - CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS (UK STATUTORY RIGHTS)

6.1 Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. 6.2 The Sealed Product Exception: For reasons of value protection and the nature of the product, your right to cancel is lost once the factory seal on any product has been broken or tampered with (e.g., Booster Boxes, Packs, or Blister Packs). Unsealed products are deemed "used" and unresalable in the TCG market. 6.3 Single Cards: Returns for individual cards are only accepted if they are returned in the exact condition documented at the time of dispatch. 6.4 Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for collectibles.

 

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to submit false or misleading information; or (e) to interfere with the security features of the Service.

 

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Fortuna TCG, Market Supply Hub Ltd, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits or lost revenue arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
