Order before 2pm on weekdays (8am on Wednesdays) and we'll dispatch the same day, fully tracked. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next working day, though we'll often still get later orders out the same day where we can, just no promises.
You can cancel your order, but please get in touch as quickly as possible. We process orders fast, so once it's been dispatched we won't be able to stop it. Orders can't be changed once placed. If you need something different, cancel before dispatch (if there's still time) and reorder.
