Please order pre-order items separately from in-stock items. If you combine them, the whole order is held until the pre-order is available, so your in-stock items won't ship sooner.

Prices are fixed at the point of pre-order. We secure stock in advance, often at a different cost, so we can't refund the difference if the price changes between your order and the dispatch date.

No. All our stock is held and dispatched from the UK, so there are no import fees or surprise charges to pay on delivery. We handle all importing ourselves, and any duties are sorted before the products reach you. The price you see at checkout is the full amount you pay, with nothing extra to follow.

Not a lot, really! Some Japanese retail stores take off the outer shrink wrap when you purchase from them. This might raise concerns for some, as it could suggest tampering. However, the boxes stay factory sealed with the original pull-tab intact. We also work with trusted suppliers that we’ve known for a long time.
